The cook reviews and accepts your reservation. Follow its status in Your Pickups.

Pay the cook in cash when you collect your meal. Chow does not charge you online for a plate.

Find your pickup details in Your Pickups. Wait for the cook to accept before collecting.

Yes. You can browse without an account, but new reservations require a buyer account. Sign in to see your pickups across devices. If you reserved as a guest before this change, your old private pickup link still works; keep it safe because anyone with it can view those pickups and buyer chat.

Two eligible No-shows stop new reservations, but you can still view your pickups and use support. If a No-show is incorrect, submit one appeal for that order from Your Pickups within 48 hours. An appeal does not automatically remove the No-show or restore reservations. This is not a permanent account ban.

Your Pickups shows the declined status. No cash payment is due for a meal you did not collect.

If you see “No pots listed tonight”, there are no current listings to reserve. You can still explore Local Dishes while waiting for cooks to post.

Read the seller guide, create an account, set up your kitchen, and wait for approval before posting meals.

Review each incoming reservation in your dashboard. Accept or decline it, then confirm pickup only after collection and cash payment.

Checking the current fee for new reservations… Existing orders keep the rate saved when they were created. Your seller dashboard shows the amount due.

Fees for completed orders are grouped Monday to Sunday. Payment is due the following Wednesday at 23:59, with a four-day grace period ending Sunday at 23:59, Windhoek time. An unpaid positive balance after that grace period automatically pauses new selling. Proof submitted before suspension pauses that action while under review; if selling was already paused, it resumes after payment approval or balance correction when no other overdue fee remains. Existing orders and payment-proof upload remain available.
